I damaged my car in a stupid accident yesterday, and my friend recommended FPS. I rang them, explained my problem & although they couldn't help me themselves they gave me an address, telephone number & contact name for ID Morris at Dagenham - Brett came round to my house in Shenfield (quite a way from Dagenham) last night, gave me a good price for the job & it was the first time all day that I actually managed a smile! Thanks for the help FPS, wouldn't have found such a good contact on my own.

I wouldnt touch these cowboys with a barge pole , ordered an item to be told it had been sent waited in all day didnt arrive , called next day to try and get tracking number was told computer was down but it was on the van for delivery, guess what it never turned up , when it finally turned up a week late, it was completly the wrong part even though they had the make and the part number. They wouldnt send a replacement out till they got the other part back, cost me £22 to send a parcel back that wasnt my fault, and im still waiting for replacement part. AVOID AT ALL COSTS , Very rude on the phone .

Needed a car jack for a Ford Focus.A fairly easy request you would think!
The first jack they sent was broken.The second jack they sent was the wrong type.
Had to listen to some idiot on the phone telling me "All Ford jacks are the same and the one i have will be ok".Thats why they all have different part numbers.
Very aggresive and unhelpful after you have paid the money.
Keep clear and find somewhere else is my advice.
