Ordered a brand new NOX sensor for my VW Touran and received the wrong part. Paid £111.00 incl £20 delivery and arrived in a packet with a 1st class stamp. Now promised refund but receuived a creduit note. Trading standards notified- still no refund- AVOID this rusbbish ripoff outfit. If I was l;ocal it would have cost them a lot more than refusing to refund my £111.00.

I ordered two rear lights for a VW estate , Dubs sent rear lights for a SALOON , I returned them for refund , ONE YEAR LATER I have sought to retrieve my money through small claims court to be told that DUBS have ceased trading !! Con men

i have order a door for £180 and they said it was in great condition... it turn out to have the same amount of rust as the one i already have... am waiting to find out what there going to do... but i feel like there going to rip me off...i,ll write back what happens

what a pathetic company couldnt even supply a set of headrest orderde in grey they supply black?
This was even after emails and telephone to confirm Grey.Ok send them back and thast the last i have heard,Credit note offered, why they supplied wrong parst.Do not deal with this company they rip you off.
Are basically scerap men who dont give a toss once they have your money.Suggest they remane to rip-off merchants absolutley disgrace.

Ordered grey headrest got black wont refund just offer credit note.Emails say grey but they cant obviously read Dont deal with this company .

I would seriously not cosnider using these pirates.I ordered grey headrests and was supplied black ones.
Will they give me a refund not likely they say a credit note will be issued what use is that to me when they cant supply what I ask for.

Ordered £105 worth of twin cams, when they arrived the parts were more damaged than the came I was trying o replace. Promised refund but never materialisted. Pulled out all the tricks not to give refund AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
