I called to find out if they had a seat belt for my vehicle. I had a 5 second conversation with the customer service representative where he said they have it and it's £25 and put the phone down on me. I called back to make sure it was the right one, the same person said "I told you we have it, what's wrong with you" and put the phone down. I decided to go down there because I was desparate for the seat belt. I drove over 20 miles, got there and was told that they didn't have the seat belt for my vehicle. I was very angry that thay wasted my time and fuel. If they had taken the time to check on their system before giving me wrong information. It would have only taken 1 minute and would have saved me an hour and a half and the fuel I spent to go down to their depot.Very rude and poor customer service. Don't buy from them.
