See forums.lr4x4.com/index.php?showtopic=53737 and others for more comments. It took me 5 weeks to get all my money back via my credit card, luckily I had not paid any cash........ I had to constantly harrass my credit card company to get my claim for a refund moved along as they do not seem to give fraud or chargeback claims much priority. My advice is put everything in writing, write to No Fear claiming for a refund under the sale of goods act and don't give up!
I suggest that the more people who report the activities of these companies and Messrs Edward and Michael Fear to the Trading Standards people the better. Call 0845 404 0506 and quote refence SW721442.
The other really annoying thing is that they don't really know much about Land Rovers!
